Welcome to Drift Floating Sauna. By accessing or using our website (the “Site”) and booking our services, you agree to the following Terms of Service (“Terms”). Please read them carefully.

 

1. About Us

Drift Floating Sauna Ltd. (“we,” “our,” “us”) provides private floating sauna experiences in Belcarra, BC. All services, content, and bookings offered through this website are governed by these Terms.

 

2. Use of Our Website

By using our website, you agree to:

  • Use it only for lawful purposes

  • Provide accurate, current, and complete information when making a booking or inquiry

  • Not engage in any activity that disrupts or interferes with the Site’s functionality or security

We reserve the right to deny access to anyone who violates these terms.

 

3. Bookings and Payments

  • A non-refundable deposit of $250 is required to confirm your booking.

  • The remaining balance is due on the day of your session, prior to departure.

  • By booking, you agree to our Cancellation & Refund Policy, available on our website.

 

4. Cancellations and Refunds

Please review our Cancellation & Refund Policy for full details. Refunds (if applicable) will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days of approval.

 

5. Health, Safety, and Waiver of Liability

All guests are required to sign a Waiver and Release of Liability before participating. By booking, you confirm that you:

  • Are in suitable health to participate in sauna and water-based activities

  • Will follow all safety guidelines provided by Drift staff

  • Acknowledge and accept the inherent risks associated with sauna use, water transport, and outdoor conditions

Drift Floating Sauna Ltd. is not liable for any injury, illness, loss, or damage unless resulting from gross negligence.

 

6. Intellectual Property

All content on this site—including text, images, branding, and design—is the property of Drift Floating Sauna Ltd. or its licensors and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without permission.

 

7. Privacy

We are committed to protecting your privacy. Any personal information collected through this site is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

 

8. Modifications
